POSTERS' INSTRUCTIONS

Conference Language: English.
Each poster's main author/presenter shall be registered to the conference by October 30th, 2013.

- Abstract submission by September 1st is mandatory to get a poster accepted.
- An abstract shall neither be less than 200 nor more than 300 words. A short bio of the first author/presenter (max. 100 words) shall be submitted within the abstract.
- Abstracts and posters must be submitted in English only.
- The evaluation criteria will be: (1) compliance to the conference topics, (2) originality of the work, (3) added knowledge beyond the state-of-the-art and usefulness for practitioners, (4) clarity and quality of the presentation (incl. language), and (5) commercial free content.
- A mandatory template will be provided to the authors of accepted posters by October 1st. An electronic version of the poster must be submitted by October 30th.
- Authors must print out their posters in A0 format or 1.20 x 0.80 m (height x width), and deliver them on site Thursday Nov. 21 between 8:00 and 8:30 am. Display boards and materials to fix the posters will be provided by the organizers.
- Abstracts and posters must contain all author's names, first names or initials, affiliations, cities and countries, and at least the email of the corresponding/main author.
The short bio of the main author (to be sent apart but simultaneously of the electronic version of the poster by October 30th) must also contain his/her position, department or service (if applicable), address, city, state or province (if applicable), zip code, country, phone and email.
- Abstract and poster title shall not exceed 100 words (the shorter the better). Abstracts shall contain 5 to 10 keywords and 2-3 references if possible.
